Its winters. so my face has been red and irritated with major dryness. also got flesh coloured bumps on forehead and cheeks which flare up if it gets too dry or too hot all of a sudden. it might be rosacea, kp or a flare of hormones. is anyone else experiencing the same and what do you do to calm it or improve the condition? just looking for tips. vaseline really helped because any moisturiser is bothering my sensitive skin. is ponds cold cream any good?

Ponds is very greesy, it does not help soothing the dry skin, it just forms a nasty greesy layer which does not get absorbed. I think you should try cetaphil moistusizer, it.gets absorbed and provides moisture without making it look oily or dull.

Try argan oil it leaves your skin soft, hydrated,it's great for sensitive skin, and it's packed with omega fatty acids which are very healthy for your skin.

There is one product by Boots USA the company that is based out of UK and they sell their products within target and ulta stores. It is for sensitive skin and is for redness. It is in gel form which means it will hydrate the areas well and the dry patches will not be evident either. The bottle costs about $19.99 most stores. Try it because many people who have used it were happy with the results.
