My tongue has like little white bumps on them- I'm sure this has happened to you - when you bite your tongue and then a day later or something it starts hurting well I can't remember biting my tongue and its been here for day and its driving me mad with frustration what can I do?

Sorry my tongue looks really weird!!

It will take about a week to cure so I would try once a day mintu mouth wash or salt water

Peroxyl Mouthwash by Colgate. It promotes healing of mouth sores and disinfects. Also great for gargling with when your throat is sore.
