Hello I am currently a cosmetology student, school only helps so much, kits are horrible and so basic. to which I'd like to ask around if there is a way to get sponsors of some sort that help students with samples of supplies and or products?

There isn't anything like that at least nothing I'm aware of. However there is beauty supply store for students/ professionals so you can buy producta/ supplies for cheaper!

I agree with Megan. When you visit beauty supply stores, ask if they offer student discounts. Sometimes you can save 10%.
By the way, you're not alone. My kit is crap, too. :)
Don't let that discourage you! Keep on pushing! :)
