Since I'm starting out doing freelance makeup; should I always include lashes with a natural look? And how much is a good price to charge? With/Without?? Also, is there a price difference in doing a dramatic look?

There shouldn't be a price different, a full face is a full face no matter what colors you use
Most MUAs charge an extra fee for lashes, ask the client if she wants them then mention it's an additional charge.
The only time I see lashes included is with a bride since she's paying so much.

You can tell them to provide their own lashes and you will apply free.

In Australia people usually charge an extra $10 if they want strip lashes, and around $5 for individual lashes.

Yes you should ask them to bring they're own eyelashes if they want any or you will provide them but there's an extra fee.
