I have almost the exact same problem except mine are from fleas because our animals all had them over the summer and they were so hard to get rid of. Mine are a really dark red though which looks terrible. But I've been using Soap & Glory's "Butter Yourself" body butter. It has alpha hydroxy acids to exfoliate and I've already seen a HUGE difference. I use it once a day because I'm too lazy for anymore than that lol but you could use it more. It's great because it also hydrates your skin and keeps away ingrown hairs. I seriously haven't had a single one since I started using it. My legs are so smooth and the scars are fading each day.

I agree with both those ladies! If you want an extra boost to that however use mederma, it is made for healing scars, stretch marks, acne scars and a few other things, put it on before you go to bed only and don't use it more than once a day. You can get it from any drug store or walmart
