If they really bother you, I've seen it before on my friend. She has acne as well, but uses really good foundation and stuff, and it looks great. But I'm sure you're gorgeous either way. :)

They are broken capillaries they're caused by going from on extreme to another like really warm to really cold , the wind can cause them too , there's no cure but e.l.f do a great green concealer that covers redness and blemishes :)

That's just veins neither can be treated really they're just prominent veins that come with a thin skin :)

Damaged capillaries. Can fix them by going on diathermy treatments. :)

That can cause further broken capillaries if pressure is applied to the surrounding areas :)

It puts blockages into the capillary which stops the blood flow in the capillary so you can't see it on the surface of the skin.
Microdermabrasion also eventually helps reduce the appearance.
I'm a beauty therapist, and have never heard of diathermy causing more broken capillaries.
Learn something new everyday I guess ahah. :p
