Is spring valley good to use? It's organic extra virgin coconut oil and I've been using it once a week for overnight treatment on my hair?

You should have seen a difference by now, are you not seeing one? Maybe try warming up the oil before you put it on and make sure to wrap your hair up in plastic wrap. its supposed to be a miracle oil.

My hair is a lot softer now I use a shower cap.
