I recently started using a new brand of shampoo and after a few months of using it,I realized my hair was falling out more. I stopped using it and went back to my normal shampoo. Now my hair is awfully thin and lifeless. Are there any tips and/or products that anyone knows about that could help my hair grow out and become thicker and stronger?

(I wrote this on another post and thought i could share it with you!)
I have been having the same problem, so I did a lot of research and what I found out is to take a multivitamin everyday, also take biotin, and the best thing to do is to spray rose water on your scalp! I made my rosewater myself and its amazing. Rose water circulates the blood flow in your scalp to help it grow. It also prevents less breakage and makes the hair follicle stronger. I have used it for 5 days and I have already noticed my roots feet stronger! I also use Joico Moisture Recovery products (shampoo, conditioner, hair mask) and Main & Tail conditioner. Also, when taking showers don't brush your hair in the shower or when its wet because that causes a lot of hair loss and breakage! When its wet use a wide tooth comb and start from the ends. When I blow dry I use Kenra Blow Dry spray :) Smells amazing and protects the hair, also cutting your blow dry time in half which means less heat on your hair!
Also drink loooots of water every single day & do weekly deep conditioning treatments!

Don't forget to drink lots of water! What we are putting inside of us in terms of foods and drinks is really important! Can't expect to have great skin hair and nails with an absolute poor diet ya know? :)

Biotin. Sulfate free shampoo. Blow dry up if you want volume!

Same happened to me. It resulted in protein overload that cause major breakage on my already thin hair. It took nearly three months to repair. Sulfate free shampoo, lots of moisture, and prenatal vitamins. Unrefined extra virgin coconut oil immediately reduced breakage in my hair, especially when I applied to my ends often. I highly recommend drinking organic apple cider vinegar and applying it to your scalp as well
