Color Oops messed up my hair:( what todo.

Sooo I have blue green hair and I use the dye crazy color. so I decided to strip the color using that and I'm soo upset coss it was super expensive and used up my money. and plus it didnt do anything do my hair except lift it one shade lighter than my blue hair now:o and now I can't afford anything else for a while and my hair looks like crap:( hellpppp.

I'd call the company. They should have advice on what to do to fix it, and if their product didn't work properly they'll probably replace it or give you your money back. If didn't use the product properly then that's a different matter.. You could always color your hair a darker color to cover it up.
