Yes that does sound like combination. It's very important to moisturize with your skin type! Preferably something oil free or formulated for oily skin.

I also have combination skin, and my dermatologist recommended CeraVe moisturizer. It works really well and they also have a really great face cleanser/wash!! You can buy the moisturizer at CVS. :)

You have combination skin. This is very tricky to care for however as you have acne, dryness and tightness. It's best to see a dermatologist or esthetician to get a full skin analysis and product recommendation.
You can also check out different product lines suited for combination skin, and then decide what sounds like a good choice for your skin. With combination skin it's trial and error honestly. I've dealt with this pretty much my whole life. I have very oily skin on my t-zone but dryness on my cheeks. I usually have to get a mattifier for my face during the day and then apply a nightcream at night to balance out the loss of moisture on my cheeks.
I hope you can find what suits your skin. A good toner would do you wonders. That's usually what I try to start with, and then a cleanser, moisturizer and treatment last. Good luck sweetie :)
