Aveeno Positively Radiant lotion, Kate Somerville Complexion Correction (but that's expensive, if you don't want to spend a lot), Clinique Dark Spot Corrector, Korres products are always good, in my opinion. That's about all I've got for you. Make sure you're wearing spf every day because hyper pigmentation is mostly caused by sun exposure.

Tea tree oil really helped my acne scaring, I use it before I go to bed and just dab it on where it's red and scared and it's faded them a lot. A lot of people recommend coconut oil but I didn't really see any improvement with it. Hope that helps, I feel your pain!
