Lemon and sygar and honey scrub. I like to dilute the lemon juice just a bit with water and soak a cottonpad with it. Then, pour some organic brown sugar or pure white sugar on the cotton pad and use it as a scrub on my face before sleeping. Wash it off and rub some honey on your face (not when your face is wet). Then keep it on for about 10min and wash it off. Make sure to use sunscreen for the next (atleast) 2~3 days. :)

Also, using strawberries can help brighten and clear the complexion.
Cinnamon is also good as an anti-inflammatory. You can mix it with honey and apply it to the face for a natural acne treatment. Be careful though, because it could be irritating to sensitive skin.
