Hi Andrea I'm a prof Hair stylist I suggest you leave your hair this colour as it matches your skin tone and suits you best going lighter will wash you out and damage your hair greatly.

Well you don't want to instantly go blonde because your dark hair and hair damage but if you want gradually work your hair lighter and lighter.
