Tiny Black Dot Near Lips?!

I had this problem before and I tried to fix by myself ,its tiny black dots near lips , I tried to pick them with my fingers ,it just hurted then it be came a scar ,, so does anyone know this problem ,,how to deal with it.

I used to have this problem.. well since I started exfoliating my lips these black dots gradually faded. pore strips could work too. hope that helps! :)

Try to stay few minutes ( about ten) above a bowl with hot water in order to open more the pores and then exfoliate or use a peel of mask, instead of hot water, yoy could put a towel in warm water and then hold on face few min for the same effect:-)
