UPP! I use Palladio primer for everyday though, save the good UPP for pics and special occasions. NYX jumbo eye pencil in Milk works well under bright colors too.

My HG eye primer is definitely Too Faced shadow insurance. My eyelids get oily really quickly, and it really keeps the eyeshadow in place all day long.

Urban Decay Primer Potion never worked on me. I have oily lids and it started to crease halfway through the day. Nars Pro Prime is by far the best eye primer I've ever used!

Essence has one and it works good i love it. because it gives a smooth look and doesnt crease on me. u can get it at ulta for super cheap. :D

Aquatique by Lancôme is amazing. It's a little pricey but worth it and if you use it right it lasts a long time. It makes colors stick and pop and it's wonderful.
