Purchasing a facial sauna for problem skin?

Hiya girlys, I was thinking of purchasing a facial sauna? I have problem skin with blemishes and blocked pores/blackheads skin looking blocked up and stressed would you recommend one? Are they any good??

You can use the steam from boiling water it does EXACTLY the same thing and it is cheaper (I have a sauna so I have personal experience) do it only 2 times a week for 3 minutes :-)
