My nose is really runny and I am constantly using tissues. The skin gets red and I can tell tomorrow its going to sting. Can I prevent this? or use something to soothe?

I have a terrible immune system and always get colds. I swear by Vaseline. Clinique do a really moisturising face cream (the product and packaging are pink - I can't remember the name though) but that works wonders. You can also get Kleenex with soothing balm in the tissues. Just keep moisturising and only wipe your nose with soft tissues.

I like to use a nasal spray to stop my nose from running , then I'm not blowing it as much so it doesn't get dry and red.

Aloe vera gel is great! And vitamin e cream. To prevent it, try taking an antibiotic that is directed for runny noses. It'll clear it up or block it, but that's better than having a hassle with tissues! Feel better muah xo.

Rose bud salve is super moisturizing. However, you should heal the redness from all the nose blowing and rubbing with aloe vera gel.
