Drink 8 -8oz glasses of water daily, exfoliate 1x a week, and use a gentle cleanser! Plus since you are only 13 it's puberty and it should go away pretty soon :)

Hey allie! what do you mean by bumpy skin?
as julia said drink lots of water and use a gentle cleanser. beware of scrubs though since it would increase redness.
I would go for a simple skin regimen: gentle make up remover if you use any make up, gentle cleanser and nice moisturizer.

You might wanna check keratosis pilaris on google to see if thats what your bunpy skin is.
