I have this white hair which keeps growing (longer than the length of my eyebrows) on my eyebrow and I have to cut it every few weeks. Any idea on how can I stop it from growing again?

Anatomically speaking, white hair will remain white naturally, especially if you find one or two when you're young (no worries, its normal). Try plucking it with tweezers instead of cutting? it will pull it from the roots and keep it away longer, there isn't much you can do to get rid of it 100%
