It tells you exactly what shades should be put on according to where your crease is.
Also, invest in a good eyeshadow brush and a good fluffy blending brush. It'll make a huge difference. :)

The basics are following the natural shape of the eye and using darker colors on the outside and lighter on the inside. watch lots of tutorials on YouTube and photos and most important- don't be afraid to experiment and don't give up :)

I put white on my brow bone, a dark brown on my lid, and a beige or tan in between and then blend up with an angle brush
