Urban Decay 24/7 is fabulous. NYX isn't bad, I usually find the pigment to be pretty good, but theirs does stain me (haven't met anyone else with the problem, but I am also super pale)

Milani Liquif'eye line, if you don't want to waste tons of money on the UD ones. Some people who have both say they work way better in the waterline than the UD ones. You have 15 seconds to work with them and then they set. Sometimes I make my winged liner with it, and it doesn't move a bit! Even my MAC gel liner transfers sometimes. The only problem is that they only have 5 shades ):

I really like the Stila Smudge Stick waterproof eyeliners. They do not move, and the colors are rich and smooth. And they're self-sharpening, which is always a hug plus for any pencil eyeliner.
