Drink lots of water. Put your eye cream in the fridge to help constrict the veins and reduced the puffiness. Massage in gently circular motion on the eye area towards the tear duct that is the exit point for any toxins trapped under the skin. Also only put eye cream on the orbital bone the skin around the eye is much thinner than the skin on our face in such making the eye skin warmer. The warmth from the skin will naturally bring the ingredients from your eye cream towards your eye. If you get it too close it will still travel up but right up into your eye causing puffiness, dark circles, and/or watering eyes.
