Oil spots I'm guessing.. It's basically a pore that's not infected but still fills up with oil.

Hi I love in Canada when on vacation in Arizona last month picked up two jars of studio 35 Alpha Hydroxy cream on a recommendation from beauty you tuber 30iplussome. It is amazing having more shipped to me. It even cleared up those little red bumps you see on back of arms often for my husband. It has transformed my face. You should give it a shot cheap at Wallgreens.

I do sleep on my face, but I always have! I didn't have the bumps a month ago and I haven't changed anything in my skincare routine!

They are called milia they're cause by sweat glands you can usually get an esthetician to remove them when you get a facial and exfoliating helps a lot too.

I think they are milia now... And I did some research and milia is very hard to get rid of... Even if a dermatologist does it, they will probably come back.

You need to get I to a Glycolic skin routine like neostrata or MD skin care. Every 7 years give or take your skin changes! Your moisturizer or makeup is to heavy!
