Has anyone used Lemon to clear your dark armpits? I've heard that lemons clears them but you have to be carefulf with it, have you tried it?

You can also make a good deodorant with baking soda and lemon. There are several recipes on the net.

You have to be careful because if you take sun in te area where you applied lemon, you will get a dark spot and, in severe cases, sunburn.

But a tip is to avoid shaving your armpits, always wax them. Because when you shave them, it curs the hair and when you wax them, you take them off by their roots. The dark you see are the cut hairs that, of course, keep growing.

I used to have dark armpits kuz I used the degree deodorant and I switched to dove n my dark went away :)

Yes you have to use REAL lemon juice not concentrated (ie from a bottle). Do it twice a day. Afterwards scrub... I mean exfoliate and moisturize. If you can get by without wearing any deodorant, I wouldn't speeds up the process. But if you do I recommend either tom's or maybe even Dove go sleeveless (or make your own to avoid the risk of chemicals) Baking soda also helps just mix BS and equal parts water to make a paste rub on each pit leave on for 15mins and wash. Also some deodorants cause dark under arms. read the label.
