skin discoloration... HELP!

I have dark circles AND darkness around my mouth. Although I can conceal my dark circles decently no amount of makeup helps the darkened skin by my mouth. Does anyone have some tips or masks or remedies I can try out?

I'd consult a derm or licensed Esty at a spa. There is a very good chance a peel could remedy that quickly.

Thanks! I'll try the cream from Walmart and I want to go to the dermatologist but I'm not working and I live in the US so I don't have health insurance. But I will try going soon when I can afford it. Thanks again!! ((:
