Put white eyeliner on your water line and also in the inner corner of your eyes. This will make your eyes pop :)

A white eyeliner in a great investment! Line your lower waterline with a white eyeliner pencil, this will give the appearance that the whites from your eyes continue lower thus making your eyes appear larger.
You could use a white eyeshadow in the inner corners of your eyes to open the socket up.
Carry on with the black eyeliner on your lid and mascara (also apply sparingly on lower lashes) with these tips your eyes will appear larger.

Definitely use a white or taupe eyeliner in your waterline. Also, use black liner on your upper lash line & extend it a bit past your lashes. Finally, make sure to really concentrate mascara on your outer lashes. These tips should give you a pretty wide eyes effect! (:

Do your lower waterline with a bright white color and use a black for the upper lash line. Use mascara on both your upper and lower lashes. Finally, after doing your shadow, take a bright white and put it in the inner corners of your eyes. This will open them up even more.

Also tightlining your upper waterline with a very deep black liner I use nars 12hr budge proof liner, fills in the lashline and also makes eyes appear bigger.
