I don't know any specific colors but I know Urban Decay 24/7 pencils have several different shades of blue, maybe look into those?

I think you need a blue eyeshadow not eyeliner, the blue has been blended up above the crease.

Natalie, UDs 24/7 pencils actually blend pretty well, I'm sure she could do it pretty easily with them. And I believe it would look nicer done with the pencil than a shadow.

For specific shadows bring the pic to Sephora when you get the UD eyeliner :)
