I would suggest seeing a dermatologist to treat it first then maybe go to Sephora and check out CoverFx I believe it's for problematic and sensitive skin and I've heard good things about it

use 100% shea butter from a shea nut :) my dad has had psoriasis for almost ten years and swears by it.
