Well NYC came out with one. Matte Me Crazy is the best Mattifying top coats i have ever found. It's a "drugstore" product so it's not more then 4 dollars and for that price it works wonders i love it. Go check it out in your local target or walmart or anything drugstore you won't regret it,trust me.

I would say Essie Matte About You. I actually came across it at a Beauty First store and they had it on sale for $2. It has worked perfectly for me I love it!

I use essies matte about you. I love it. It give you the 'chalky' finish that i love. I feel like the nyc matte topcoat is closer to a suede or satin finish than matte.

China Glaze's is easy to use, doesn't clump and levels out really quickly when drying. =)
