I wouldn't wear them. They'd look like rhino snot on me but that doesn't mean they'd look the same on you. As far as the overall eyeshadow goes, they do look a bit oily but a good primer could fix that :) also, I find that the corner of the eyes could have been blended more as to not form such a harsh line. Other than that they look good :)
