I love grape seed oil. Mix it with my lavender water mist for my hair. I've never used it on my skin before. When I do a hot oil treatment I mix my oils up and place them in a glass cup in the microwave to warm them up. Then put them in a like a dye applicator bottle massage it into my scalp and my ends cover with a plastic cap and leave it on for 30 min.
