Okaay so I'm looking for a hair product that will make my curly, thick and frizzy hair into nice beachy waves without using an iron or blow dryer. Any suggestions ladies? :)

Try braiding it at night, then taking the braids out in the morning. Instant waves.

I've had success using As I Am leave in conditioner, Camille Rose Naturals Hair Butter and coconut oil. Applied in that order and sectioning off my hair to apply from root to end...braid for the night I will wake up the next morning with a mane looking less thick and no frizz to speak of. And if I hold off on washing it for another day or two my curls take on even a more relaxed look. But you definitely need to infuse it with a ton of moisture because when it doesn't have enough it reacts by frizzing up. And all three are very hydrating. Camille Rose you can find online via Amazon. As I Am at Sally Beauty Supply and coconut oil and health food store or Vitamin Shoppee store.

I had frizzy curly hair because I straighten my hair constantly. I was so frustrated with my hair until my sister mentioned Aussie 3 minute miracle conditioner she has the most beautiful curls so I tried it and fell in love. I recommend leaving in the conditioner for 4-5 mintiest then washing it off with cold water so it locks in the moisture. Also if you braid your hair or put it in a bun and let the hair air dry. hope this helped you.

Hi, I'm a cosmetologist! I completely agree with these girls, the trick to taming your hair type is either braiding or twisted buns overnight. Coconut oil is one of my favorite products as well. I personally sleep with my hair in a twisted bun every night (I have stick straight hair naturally) and people think I have wavy hair all the time. I find that with my hair being so thick it needs to be at least 70% dry before I wrap or braid it, otherwise its not dry enough to take out in the morning.

Make sure to use a hydrating leave in and if possible let your hair air dry or use a diffuser.
@ Shelley, I've been looking to try out the "As I Am" line but wasn't sure but now I know you love it, I'm definitely going to try it out! Great tips. :-D

It's all about moisture! coconut oil at night -and to smooth the ends in the morning- is a great natural and inexpensive hair saviour. my hair is naturally curly and when I want to go without straightening I tend to sleep with it in braids. a silk pillowcase also helps!
