Any hair ideas?

My hair was fairly long and plain and I got tired of it so I got a few of layers. My hair has a natural wave so the ends of my layers stick out everywhere! Its a mess. I usually straighten it but does anybody have any cute hair styles I could try for a change?

Same here. sorry but I don't have any tips. because of that I'm forced to always were my hair up.
