I've never really shopped at Sephora before.. But I really love using makeup like eyeliner, mascara, foundations and concealers , & lip products. But I don't really know which.. Brands? Are the best? And not tooo overpriced... Please list some suggestions or reviews!! Thanks so much(:

If you're looking for something cheaper, try the Sephora Collection. It's a great brand for a first time Sephora shopper. I really love their liquid eyeliner & retractable pencil eyeliner. They also have really great bronzer, blush, lip gloss and lipstick. Not crazy about their eyeshadow though.
