What is the best face washing routine to clean out clogged pores and make them smaller?

Try going on sephora.com and in the search bar, type in "pore minimizers". I'm pretty sure they have good pore cleaners ;-)

I rinse my skin with warm water then I use my face wash and rinse off with cold water do close my pores and you can use toner after and then moisturize! I also drink a lot more water and my pores are so small now.

To clean out clogged pores:
- use a facial scrub
- exfoliate using a pore pad cleanser (sephora sells pink ones for ~ $5, they work well)
- use a clay mask
Minimize pores:
- toner
- ice or cold water

Your best bet is too see an esthetician an have extractions done, she'll also recommend proper products for your skin type as well as reducing the appearance of your pore size. If your pores are enlarged it could be due to the clogging, hence the need for extraction too make sure all the clogging/congestion is eliminated.
