Wash your face always with cold water..put neosporin on the current zits, maybe your face wash is striping your skin of the natural oils and so increasing breakout because the body pumps more oils to your face when its been stripped out of the oil and this cause you breakout..if problem presisit see a dermatologist it usually caosts less than keeping on trying over the counter stuff..food ellergies could cause you acne so watch what type of food might be causing the acne (lb sugars, spices) I hope this helped..

If your facewash is too harsh, try getting one with less chemicals.

Cetaphils face wash is good. after I wash my face with it, my skin still feels soft and not dried out.

Go to the dermatologist and use bare minerals foundation. If you use liquid, it clogs your pores even if it is oil free. Use cetaphil and don't exfoliate your face. Hope this helped!
