Use the loreal lumi magique cc cream, the green one. This is made to reduce redness in the skin! <3.

You can also try using a green primer under your makeup. Smashbox has a great one.

There's also green tinted moisturizers. La Roche-Posay has two variations of that moisturizer depending on how much redness you have.

Has your skin always been red? if not it could be acne rosacea, it's a serious skin diseaze and you must start treating it as soon as it's possible.

Sounds like rosacea. Glycolic can help get rid of that or at least decrease it dramatically.
