Omg!! think before using proactive bcoz it was very bad for my skin..even I get little acne trouble sometimes...
in my opinion just wash it with a good acne proof facewash...I use neutrogena and its good I think...also avoid touching your face...but since I hv done sooo many treatments I know now its best the acne alone...it goes on its own!!

Lol first don't apologize for asking questions. Were here to help each other out. Don't even buy Proactive it's really bad. It will work, but if you stop using it your acne will become more aggressive. Just get a good cleanser try a few and see which one works best. Then use a toner and moisturize. At night remove all the makeup since sleeping with it can clog pores. Then use a toner and moisturize, I'll suggest getting a heavier moisturizer for night time.

Try a baking soda mask for your chin or where you have active breakouts.

Jaw line break outs are hormonal. Treat them with geranium oil and work on gettin those hormones in check and you should b fine.

I second what Persia said. Jaw break outs are completely normal as they are caused by hormones. Just make sure you're cleansing your face as usual and maybe apply some acne cream on the spots. Don't pick on them as that may cause acne scarring.

Proactive is just a waste of money, it doesn't work for a lot of people.. The one from St.Ives the green tea blemish control thing is a good cleanser. :)

It really depends on your skin type and what is causing your acne the best thing is to do some research n buy products designed for your skin type is it dry, oily, or a combo of the two? do you usually get acne at certain times of the month like around your period or when you are stressed? or is it certain foods you eat? or are you forgetting to wash your face n use toner n moisturizer every day n night? there are multiple things to consider when it comes to acne just focus on products that will work for your skin type n try different things until you find something that works well for me my go to products are by mario badescu and more natural products like witch hazel, tea tree oil n willow bark these work best for me as well as a good skincare routine of exfoliating 2-3 times a week n using a sulfur mask 1-2 times a week so hope that helps n your acne is not that bad so don't get anything too crazy and I agree with these ladies that proactiv kinda sucks it works great at first but eventually your acne becomes immune to it and that happens with other acne products too so you may need to change ugh routine every couple months if you find that something that used to work is no longer working as well.

I wouldn't recommend any harsh treatments. I highly suggest eating right, avoiding allergens such as gluten and dairy, drinking 8 glasses if water a day, green smoothies, not touching your skin, and not picking at any acne.

Clindamycin is an amazing spot treatment but so prefer healing my acne the natural way. I am a big believer that what you eat comes out in your skin! My favorite green smoothie for healthy skin is 1 handful spinach
1 handful kale
Small bunch parsley
1/4 cucumber
1/2 green apple
Coconut water 💕
This clears my skin from the inside out and even gives me a healthy glow! I drink one or two a day and don't worry about the taste it tastes like green apple! It is amazing for the skin I love it!

Don't use proactive... In my opinion if you stop using it.. All your acne comes back
