So basically I have mild acne and even if it is mild I don't want it so I went to the doctors and I'm allergic to the pills they gave me and basically everything else they can give me has the same stuff in it so thats no help.I have a a apointment at the hospital next week and I want to get rid of it but I find it ever so awkward and it means I miss time off school a whole day infact because the hospital is ages away,is there any routines you can give me to clear it up in a week and a couple days so my mum won't force me to go I already drink water 2 litres (8 cups)+ as I feel 2 litres is not really enough,please help girls.

Try washing your sheets, or putting honey on your face (THIN layer) or try relaxing. maybe your 2 stressed.

I wash my sheets once a week and my pillows every over day and turn them around to get a clean side because apparently it helps.

Yes it does work. I've used it an it cleared my skin but I ruined it by no drinking any fluids. It's best Especially for women of color. You have to get the real authentic kind and not the chain soap kind. Go online or go to an herb shop

I don't understand why your dermatologist didn't give you something without benzoyl peroxide. There are so many others treatments without it... I'll send a pic with one for example. Anyway now just make sure to clean your skin very well with products for oily acne-prone skin.

Here it is - Differine cream with a medical substance adapalenum :) If I was at your place I would go to the hospital because they can give you right treatment which will help you to get rid of acne totally. I understand that you don't want to go there but they will help you. They will just prescribe you something. No need of awkwardness because the only one who is awkward is your local dermatologist because he didn't give you what you need.

Thank you juana and neither do I firstly the nurse was treating me and then the proper dermatologist/doctor and they just said the same,I might go on the pill but I hear it has bad side effects
