What's the best makeup remover out there

lol been try all the makeup removed that I can...I can't find a good makeup remover that take 100% of my makeup off which one makeup remover
the only one that works for me was Neutrogena but it made me break out :(


Can you please tell me your way how you take your makeup off or any good makeup removers :)

I use makeup remover wipes, practically any brand ones that are inexpensive; like elf, neutrogena & those green cucumber ones. and for the eyes, I use clinique eye makeup remover with cotton puffs- works like a charm!

I love love Avons makeup remover. It looks like a lotion but leaves no grease or oil. Its a small bottle long lasting. And they often have them on sale for 99?
