Hair history: bleached my hair blonde for about 3 years and recently dyed my hair brunette so basically it's pretty damaged. What conditioner is best for growing your hair out and giving your hair moister.

I donnt know, what I do know is Ducray's hair profucts for dry and damaged hair work amazing. They hydrate your hair and leave a soft, flawless finish. To grow your hair out, you can massage the roots of it while applying shampoo, which will activate the hair molicles.

Pureology. It will change your life. If its really damaged, I'd start out with their Essential Repair line, then switch to Essential Oil after you see some improvement.

Some people say mane and tail helps it grow? I'm not sure cause I've never used it. I use Aussie shampoos and conditioners for volume. I'd suggest using a hydrating shampoo and conditioner. I also agree with Isabella mage your roots for about a minute while shampooing. Oh and use a leave in conditioner. That always helps :)

When your trying to grow your hair out its actually better to only use conditioner on the bottom two thirds of your hair because conditioner makes your hair look oily resulting on you washing it more which is bad for your hair. I use hair products from Lush they have amazing conditioners!

I suggest a deep conditioner. Macadamia has an awesome deep conditioner so do other cheaper brands like neutrogena, and pantene! :)

Coconut oil. I bought mine as a solid in a tub for around?2.50. I use it once a week on my hair and leave it on for 2-3 hours. My hair got massively damaged from ywars of every day straightening without heat protection, but for the first time in about 6 years, my hair shines again and feels soft, healthy and strong. If you have really damaged it, maybe use it twice a week for 2-3 hours instead of once.
