I'm going to start taking these for hair growth. I don't know why I took two I didn't know I was only supposed to take one. ANYWAYS! what do you guys think of biotin?

Its excessive... and unnecessary... you need more balance for complete healthy growth. a good hair/ skin/ nail vitamin is all you need! it will take at least 4 weeks for you to see it in your nails, and about a year to notice super strong hair. STICK WITH IT! It is also good for all of your body. inside And out.
