I'm getting better at it, but does anyone have any suggestions or comments on filling in eyebrows?
(this is a really bad picture, but its the best one I got right now that shows at least on eyebrow.)

My eyebrows are kinda raised up in this picture so they aren't really that high up lol.

My eyebrow shape is jus like urs. angled towards up n curved lower margin. I fill in the gaps using dark brown powder n angled brush n complete the look using eyebrow pencil for the margin n end.

Same as axita. Use an angled brush , liner , powder (or you can settle for just one of those, try all 3 ways to see what your prefer). I use pencil first, then blend it out with an angled brush then I use shadow in it to go ontop, I brush out harsh lines with a eyelash/eyebrow wand and clean up with foundation powder along the edges :)). Experiment to your liking.

I use a brow powder, angled brush, and clear gel for my eyebrows. I used to struggle with my eyebrows looking too "heavy" and the dreaded scouse brow. Best advice I ever got was to start filling in at the arch first, working down to the tail, THEN going back to the beginning of the brow. This way they're nicely defined where they really need and where they're naturally thinnest for me (arch and tail) without being too heavy at the inner corner and making me look like a drag queen.
