I've developed a heat rash on my face and it's really irritating. I've read several things I can do to get rid of it on the Internet, but I was wondering if any of you have had luck with one product? Thanks xo.

I get heat rash too.. I usually get it on my arms, but try putting aloe Vera on it. it will sooth the temptation to scratch it!

Wash with cold water and let it air dry daily. I kept getting heat rashes from tanning and they would last about 3 weeks. Hopefully yours is quicker.

Try mixing cornstarch with pure cinnamon... It is soothing and smells delish! My hubby loves when I make it for his heat rashes.

I hate heat rash, mine normally lasts about a week. I find it's better to not put anything on it. The only thing the helped me was icing it throughout the day. It brings the redness down and stops the itching.

Do not put cinnamon on any kind of irritation. Cinnamon is an irritant, and using it on already inflamed skin is a recipe for disaster. When I get heat rashes I use aloe and a cold pack on and off throughout the day, and I avoid tight clothes, sun exposure, or hot showers.

Thanks ladies! Mine doesn't seem to itch, it just tingles which is apparently a symptom. I'll try the ice pack :)
