Got my African black soap today! It says not to apply directly onto the face, so what are some good tips or tricks for using it? Thanks :)

I would dilute it with purified water. People use all kinds of oils, shea butter etc.but I think it works best on it's own. You'll want a good moisturizer to follow because it does tend to be drying. My skin LOVES it ☺

It's the one from Beautysage.com. I can't think of the brand right now. Shea terra, maybe?

Awesome! Any cons about it? I've only heard good things about it so I wasn't sure if there were any negatives

What is it supposed to help do to your skin?

I apply it to my face or just put it on my wash cloth first. Nothing bad has happened so far and I've been using it for months now.

I've been using it for years and there really nothing negative I can say about it but that it can b a little drying. I don't dilute it with anything jus later with water n use it like you would any other soap. great product. I personally like the black soap n Shea butter by African Moisture.
