I talked the owner and she told me she would put a toner on my hair and if I didn't like it I could get my money back. She seems to think that my hair is what ombre is supposed to look like. Is a toner really going to fix the mess I have on my head?

She has to fix the patch spots putting the toner right on top of that will just take away the brassyness won't be as blonde she has to feather in the enlightener ( bleach ) so it looks gradual

If you're going back to the same salon then make sure you tell them that just "putting a toner on it" isn't going to fix it because you have huge gapes of patchy, unlightened hair that aren't going to lighten themselves with a toner. Those areas have to be lightened ,and be lightened evenly first. You seem too sweet, do you have a relative or friend that is willing to go in and be very firm about this for you? Because that's what you're going to have to have IF they don't agree to hilighting the unlightened areas before putting on the toner.

They should definitely refund your money. and I would do a demi color on your hair so that it doesn't damage it much more.

It looks like she forgot to add red shades to the middle to make it ombré. But yeah, that does suck. :/

Please help. My hair has always been my pride and joy. I figured since it is pretty damn healthy, it could deal with some bleach damage. And I figured the master stylist who did all the color-corrections would know how much would be too much. I was wrong, and now I want to burst into tears every time I look at my hair or touch it. I just don't know what to do. My hair has also NEVER been shorter than this and it breaks and falls out. What should I do to regrow hair?
