Bleach bath & full bleach righthe after?

So, I currently have blueish hair, it wasn't bleached before.

It's fading out and I wanted to do a bleach bath to get the colour out and then bleach again.
I didn't like how the blue turned out on my natural colour, it looks really green.

Will it be okay?
I have really strong, thick hair and my natural colour is like... dark blonde I guess.
