I got my hair colored a few days ago and I didn't like the outcome so I called them and they said I could come back and they would fix it. When I got home I realized that not only does my hair look horrible my hair is broken off and damaged. What should I do?

I'm too scared for them to attempt to fix it again because it's already damaged. Would they give me my money back? They charged 115$

They can go darker without causing further damage.

Demand your money back! That's no way to run a business if their customers are not satisfied. Especially when they produce work like that! Use that money and go somewhere else so they can darken your hair.

Get a refund and either have them fix it or go somewhere else if you don't test them.

After you dye a dark color use a lot of hair mask. That happened to my hair. They turned it orange and I had to dye it dark. So I started using coconut oil every other day as a deep conditioning mask.

Yes, go back and don't be afraid to ask for your money back. Then make sure whatever they want to do next will be very gentle on the hair - you can ask us on Beautylish if you're not sure! It's good that you have taken photos. If the shop gives you any trouble you can always write to the local paper!

Go darker for least amount of color correction damage! Also- cut your hair and start fresh. It may sound difficult to do but I own a website selling extensions and ill personally give you a discount and help to meet your needs. Sorry tht happened to you!! Xo

I'm sorry about your hair disaster! That is ridiculous! Totally not salon professional quality. Trim the splits before they worsen. And I ordered hair from hairbysar.com too, the clip on's made mine and my clients lives sooo much easier and they look hot. It could be a temporary solution until it grows... Plus they offer ombré

Omg that's terrible!! :(

Get a refund..also you have to wait atleast two weeks before coloring only because your hair right now is weak from the coloring and if you recolor now it will start breaking from the middle and it would be a disaster...for now use conditioner a lot or treatment before you go darker...

Also have a trimming..hope it helps...

I we get a refund and since they damaged your hair I would ask for a complimentary deep conditioning treatment and then go fix it somewhere else or see a different stylist.
