My hair was pretty damaged in January, so I got it cut up to my jaw line. It really hasn't grown much since. What should I do to help it?

Take biotin. They're very healthy pills that help with hair and nail growth. Remember, you can't put a serum ontop of your hair and expect a miracle. You need to eat well and be healthy to promote strong healthy long hair

One thing to keep in mind that you need to get a trim. As hard as it may be since you are trying to grow your hair cutting off the damaged ends makes a huge difference. I try and cut mines every 4 months.
