I have hair fusions and they have grown out to a point of annoying. I really would like to remove them myself. What is the best way to remove them myself without hurting my hair? And how should I help my already damaged hair recover?

Also, maybe you can help me. My hair doesn't grow. No matter the conditioning treatment, no heat, etc. I don't know what else to do :( can you help?
